Suzanne is the CEO of Shout Media, and an expert in developing digital strategies. Social and Digital Media are her strengths and creating engaging marketing campaigns for clients is her passion. She also works one-on-one with Shout Media’s marketing, web, digital, social, and design departments on a daily basis. With over a decade of experience working with hundreds of clients, Suzanne is a true Jill-of-all-Trades.

Jarret Popowich
Jarret Popowich

As our COO, Jarret keeps the Shout ship running smoothly and makes sure our clients are happy. He made the switch to agency life after 13 years in the not-for-profit sector. Jarret has major experience helping organizations strategically leverage their brand and online presence and he’s darn good at it too. Outside the office, you’ll find him exploring Northwestern Ontario off-the-grid or working out at the gym he co-owns.

Tyler Sklazeski

Tyler is a Senior Designer, and part-time photographer/videographer, with expertise in branding and user interface design. As a graduate of Western University, his broad experience allows him to take an integrated approach to solving client problems. Also his dad jokes are horrible but he just won’t stop telling them.

Shane Shipston
Shane Shipston

Shane is our Web Team Manager and a brilliant programmer. He has coded hundreds of websites along with custom web and mobile applications over the past 13 years mastering multiple programming languages. He is our lead WordPress and Shopify expert and foremost resource for AODA compliance and custom web solutions. He’s got a diploma in Electrical Engineering – Computers and we’re thinking he has a minor in office snacks because he has the best treats.

Ashley Ceresino

Ashley is the Digital Marketing Manager at Shout Media and a mastermind with ad management and optimization. As an OCAD University grad, Ashley specializes in advertising and has been helping clients run campaigns with the best ROI for over a decade while keeping up with all the latest trends and tools. She can also deadlift 385lbs so we’re all very nice to her.

Taylor Harris
Taylor Harris

Taylor has over 12 years of experience building innovative and responsive websites since his graduation from Confederation College’s Multimedia Program. He brings his passion to his work and humour to the office, both with incredible attention to detail. Taylor’s a whiz at balancing work with play and is an avid Toronto Maple Leafs fan (no comment).

Barb Ceresino
Barb Ceresino

Many of us consider Barb to be our office mom, but she’s actually Ashley’s mom. As Director of Administration, Barb keeps us in line with pretty much everything if we’re being honest. She graduated from Finance and Sales Management at Sault College, and is responsible for Accounts Receivables/Payables plus 1000 other things including small project coordination.

David Maunula
David Maunula

David is a Senior Designer at Shout Media who is passionate about bringing the highest standards of design to his work. He graduated from Confederation College’s Multimedia Program in 2011 and hasn’t stopped honing his craft since, even expanding into animation. He’s insanely quick and a man of few words, but his work speaks for itself.

Chelsea Lewis

After graduating with a Business Administration Marketing degree from Fanshawe College, Chelsea moved home to Barbados to strengthen her skills in social media marketing, design, and relaxation (we’re assuming). As a Client Success Manager and Social Media Strategist, Chelsea’s days are packed with everything from creating content calendars to leading web projects. She’s also a fabulous writer and talented artist!

Kristi Chynoweth
Kristi Chynoweth

Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Business Marketing, Kristi honed her digital marketing skills at a top advertising agency in the U.S. specializing in recruitment. As our Senior Client Success Manager, she oversees our CSM team and our clients on their branding, marketing, and website presence; all while keeping their customer journey in mind. Fun fact: Kristi was recruited to play Division 1 volleyball in Illinois!

Senoga is our SEM/SEO Lead Strategist and joined the Shout team after pivoting from a background in Electrical Engineering. He’s certified in Google Video, Search, Display and Shopping Ads and uses his vast knowledge to spin digital gold for our clients. His eye for data analysis and passion for anything related means that he’s constantly learning about the latest SEM/SEO technology and honing his skills. Originally from Uganda, Senoga appreciates a good chess match and is a self-professed Raptors die hard.

Mike Wheeler
Mike Wheeler

Mike has been a professional developer since 2002 and has 15+ years in an agency setting. He has developed hundreds of websites and apps, and enjoys video production and 3D design. His client relations and leadership skills are out of this world, and have translated into a number of teaching and mentorship opportunities. Outside of work, Mike is a certified Family Man™ with 3 energetic boys.

Curniss McGoldrick
Curniss McGoldrick

Curniss is a Client Success Manager with over 10 years of project management experience. Originally from Ottawa, she’s a Queen’s University graduate with a keen eye for strategic planning and she’s also fluently bilingual which comes in handy when we work with French clients or need a quick translation. When she’s not assigning tasks and tracking deadlines, she’s teaching yoga, sailing on Superior, or hiking the Giant.

Megan graduated from Confederation College in the Interactive Media Development program where she honed her skills in graphic design. She helps take our client’s social media presence to the next level with her creative designs and curated content. At home, Megan’s life doesn’t get any less busy – with 2 dogs and 2 cats, she’s always kept on her toes.

Matt Christie

After graduating with a Bachelor degree in Business Marketing from Griffith University, in Australia, Matt returned home to carve his career in marketing. It didn’t take long before he joined our team, putting his creative mindset to use as a Marketing Strategist. When he’s not collaborating on creative projects, he can be found working in Facebook Ads Manager.

Georgia Champagne

Georgia joined Shout’s team as an intern while finishing her final semester of Business Administration Marketing from Confederation College. She’s a natural on TikTok, brings a fresh perspective to projects and is quickly learning everything there is to know about agency life. In her spare time, she’ll likely be cuddled up with her fur babies with a book and a glass of wine!

Bailey Da Rosa

Bailey first joined Shout’s team as an intern, where he proved he’s got what it takes, and is now a Junior Developer! He graduated from Confederation College in 2020 with a diploma in Computer Programming where he honed his skills in coding. When he’s not working, he’s either camping or relaxing at home with a good show or a fun game.

Jen

Jen has many talents including the smooth execution of Shout’s print department. Her meticulous attention to detail is impeccable and ensures every print job is completed to perfection. Her creativity doesn’t stop at our print shop – you can tune into CILU Radio to listen to her show “Jen’s Bent”, which she’s been hosting since 2005!

Nick Igarik

Nick took Graphic Design at Durham College and joined the Shout team shortly after he graduated in 2021. He brings a fresh perspective to design projects and we’re thrilled to have him on board! While he grew up in Thunder Bay and Manitouwadge, he currently lives in Pickering where he works remotely, possibly from the beach near his place which is one of his favourite hang outs.

Riley Urquhart

After he graduated from the York University/Sheridan College Program Design in 2021, Riley moved to Thunder Bay from Burlington and jumped right into agency life. We’re so happy to have another talented designer on the team and kind of want to keep him all to ourselves. When he’s not busy working on client or internal Shout projects, he’s out exploring Northwestern Ontario.

She is a hard working Social Media Strategist & Junior Designer here at Shout with in-house printing expertise that we just can’t live without. Her singing on the other hand…

Garv Bammi

Garv is one of the many talented Marketing Strategists on our team. He came to Canada from India to study digital marketing and graduated from Confederation College in 2020 with a certificate in Marketing Analytics. When he’s not busy with social media strategies or brainstorming exceptional ideas with the team, he loves traveling, spending time with friends, hitting up the gym and cooking. Butter chicken or biryani, anyone?

Joel Carruthers

Joel is our Lead Business Developer which means he’s the first point of contact for new clients. When he’s not on the phone or in a meeting, he’s conducting market research, identifying opportunities, and preparing proposals. He’s got over 10 years of industry experience, a post-graduate certificate in Human Resources Management from Confederation College, and an Honours Degree from Lakehead University. Outside the business bubble, he likes to travel, watch basketball and go for runs. He’s even run an ultra-marathon!

Ineta Petraviciute

Originally from Lithuania, Ineta is a Junior Web Developer and recent graduate of the New Media Design and Web Development program at BCIT. She’s passionate about creating engaging digital experiences and works hard to bring client ideas and design concepts to life. With a background in the film industry and digital arts, front-end development and UI/UX come naturally to her. When she’s not coding, she’s usually curled up with a good book or exploring a new part of Canada!

Daljit Singh

Daljit is a recent graduate and a Junior Web Developer. He’s got a Programming Diploma from Confederation College and a Masters of Computer Applications from DAV University, India. With experience as a front end developer and a keen desire to learn, he’s a great addition to the web team! Outside of work, he loves to play games and enjoys long drives, which is a good thing because he often travels between Thunder Bay, Winnipeg and Toronto.
